For Chamber Orchestra and Synthesizers
As a young composer trying to 'find' my sound, I became enamoured with various styles and artists. Homages draws inspiration from three sources: first, the work of Joseph Campbell and his research in the field of mythology, second, Steve Reich and his revolutionary use of phasing in his compositions, and third, my love of electronica and techno, in particular the music of Daft Punk and MUSE.
